Before working with Lee I was feeling a bit flat and was tired of how I was just floating through life. I really wanted to feel excited again and get some vibrancy back into my life. I saw this opportunity and although I was nervous to begin I was excited about the potential opportunity to improve myself. I went into coaching with an open mind thinking I would come away with a few tools to improve my life but this experience surpassed all expectations! After my first session with Lee I realised that it was actually going to be possible to improve my life and it wasn’t going to be as daunting as I thought! The results I have seen from coaching are incredible. I learned so much about myself and I am proud of how I was open to trying new things. After finishing my coaching series I have noticed that I have way more confidence in myself and in my work life. I feel such an improvement in my life and I have the tools available and the knowledge now to continue my life journey on my own and I love that! I am excited to see myself continue to improve and can’t wait to see where I am this time next year! The opportunity to work with Lee came at the perfect time in my life when things were beginning to become chaotic and overwhelming and I needed some support and a push in the right direction. Before I worked with Lee I felt unorganised and overwhelmed by life. My main goal was to work on ways to support myself in my daily tasks, feel empowered and confident in my self-worth and embrace my creative skills.
