Sophie Couper

Before working with Lee I was feeling a bit flat and was tired of how I was just floating through life. I really wanted to feel excited again and get some vibrancy back into my life. I saw this opportunity and although I was nervous to begin I was excited about the potential opportunity to improve myself. I went into coaching with an open mind thinking I would come away with a few tools to improve my life but this experience surpassed all expectations!  After my first session with Lee I realised that it was actually going to be possible to improve my life and it wasn’t going to be as daunting as I thought! The results I have seen from coaching are incredible. I learned so much about myself and I am proud of how I was open to trying new things. After finishing my coaching series I have noticed that I have way more confidence in myself and in my work life. I feel such an improvement in my life and I have the tools available and the knowledge now to continue my life journey on my own and I love that! Rachel Jones

The opportunity to work with Lee came at the perfect time in my life when things were beginning to become chaotic and overwhelming and I needed some support and a push in the right direction. Before I worked with Lee I felt unorganised and overwhelmed by life. My main goal was to work on ways to support myself in my daily tasks, feel empowered and confident in my self-worth and embrace my creative skills. Our sessions were so comfortable, open and enlightening. Now, after finishing working with Lee I have realised how much of a strong ass woman I am when I take the time to back myself, and celebrate my achievements no matter how small. My friends and family have noticed how much my confidence in myself has grown and how this experience has given me support and space to solidify my values and assert my needs. Before connecting with Lee I felt a bit lost and needed some direction and clarity. I wanted to attract the person I wanted to be and for me that meant being clear in my choices, creating healthy realtionships with myself, others and money as well as continuing to have fun in life and keep learning 🙂 I was tired of being stuck where I was and I knew that I wanted to move forward. After our first session I really understood the power of intention and the impact of how we word things.  The biggest change I witnessed was realisation that intention is everything and taking the first step creates another. Charles Amo amo

When I started the coaching series I was struggling with low motivation, lack of discipline and low self esteem. I was stuck in a rut and unable to find a way out of that rut. I was hopping to find my drive and my mojo again.  After my first session with Lee I felt confident but also I knew that the road ahead would not be an easy one. The biggest changes I have noticed is my relationship with myself has changed and I am loving who I am more.   It was a pleasure to work with you and have you as a coach Lee. So much Aroha to you.
